France's Nicolas Vogondy wins the 210-km 4th stage of the Criterium du Dauphine race in Risoul on Thursday. Fellow Frenchman Romain Sicard was second and Slovenia's Janez Brajkovic was third. Brajkovic retained his overall lead.
