Run, Bike, Run

A friendly Duathlon at the Marsh Tracks,
Marsh road Rhyl

3k run, 20k bike, 2k run

Timed traffic free event

Sunday 27th November 2011 10.30 start JNRS 11.00 ADULTS

Enter on the day £5.00

Useful training session or be competitive

No prizes just satisfaction. Come along give it a go.

3k Run on outside of track followed by 15 1.2k Laps of bike track then a 2k run

Welsh Beef Medallions served on mash with a black pepper sauce

Geraint Thomas Track Day at the Wales National Velodrome

Fresh from his Tour De France success, where he finished highest placed British rider, Olympic Gold Medalist Geraint Thomas MBE is hosting a track day at the Wales National Velodrome, Newport.

There are opportunities for adults and children to cycle the track with Geraint plus special guests, followed by a three course meal.

The event takes place on Monday, 24th of October from 8am-4pm.

Hi all...well all over 40's anyway!

Deeside are holding TLI races at MarshTracks road circuit on Thursday evenings throughout August signing on from 6 ish good sized bunch last week so be nice to see some Melyd guys having a go

Also Duathlon this Wednesday same sort of time if anyone fancies that
