I know some of us were planning to do this, sadly its off, quote from STW
We’ve just had news in that the enduro event that was due to be held in North Wales has been cancelled by the organisers. Their statement follows
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances the Hiraethog 50/50 event has had to be cancelled this year.
The organising group did not take this decision lightly and are very disappointed that the event is not taking place.
Thank you to all those who expressed interest and support for the event.

Looked like being a good one too!...lot of events seem to be struggling this year...too much competition or the poxy recession?

Was looking forward to this, was going to enter- leaving the entry to the last minute was probabaly the problem i imagine, how many were going to enter & how many had actually entered?? regards competition you only have to look at the entrys for the marathon series,dyfi & roughride, perhaps people dont like riding in north wales? Thats why were hard!! southern softies eh justin?
South Wales Miles are way harder....
Just ask Jase H Mark and Chris...for every three miles travelled on the Taff Trail the mile posts only drop by one mile!
Biggest issue for organisers are people who can't actually find the venues I've heard!
