I noticed no-ones commentated on "great ride or great route" on last nights ride :) Sorry guys it was a bit of an epic for a tuesday ! Hope everyone made it back before darkness fell. That'll learn you to get me to set the route :)

Stop being insecure...we all loved it ...especially good was the workout my left arm got pushing Sam up that hill...surely his Mrs should be doing that not me?
Defo dark by the time me and Pete got home though...lights next week!

HA HA, nice one thats made me chuckle on what else would have been a dull and grey Thursday
It was marginally over what I thought, and a 3 mile hill doesn't help. But everyone seemed to enjoying it so much I thought we should push on a bit further....Sam seemed to be enjoying it so much I could see tears of happiness rolling down his cheeks on all the steep bits ;)
It is getting close to lights time now, how depressing !
Nah lights are good...
proper hardmen train in the dark!...mine are on charge for later...re Sam I think that was sweat not tears...he was working hard!
