To all you who helped ease the pain of hitting the big 40! Friday was a nice suprise....well the pub bit was....the rain, howling wind and big hills were as expected!

MTB ride was good....apart from Pete unfixing his bike quite dramatically! pub lunch was great...very civilized way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Thanks again folks, it really was appreciated!

Got my new bike from Halfords! When are we going out to play? I'll bring the water for the cleaning after ;-) it's got a White seat and White handle grips, that's not good is it!

Nah very nice bike....He'll want his body armour back now he's all gnarly!
