the sporting or the full 100 mile plus?!?!

S'pose I've got to get off my A**e and get riding now, no Pain.... :)

I,m considering riding this, bit scared of the big distance but will try to get a few more long rides in to see if i'm up to it belly is still a bit big for hills! there is a shorter charidee ride being organised to aid Rhyl cc around Harlech details tbc which i think we will try to support will keep you posted on that one..
