Can't ride, how's this for an excuse.....
My bike's in shock from actually being used. Clonking etc like an old nag!!
Must be all that high cadence spinning. I'm away until the end of next week.
So I'll start from suqare one again!! :)

I wiped the dust off of my TT bike this morning, and peered into the wheel bags that are nestling silently in there with it... if you feel the need and all that (o;
I am assuming an 1830 for a 1900 start there in the car park? I was hoping Andy would be bigging it up on the front page - I may have to step in on his behalf.
Due to 1) volunteering ages ago 2) being a bloater I will be pushing off this evening - this will however last for a pace or two - requests for a 9 mile push will not be honoured.

My summer bike took me to work this morning - its strange how what is essentially the same collection of components can feel SO different. Like changing into trainers after walking in boots, or getting back onto the path after the stones of the beach.
Needless to say this had ABSOLUTELY NO impact on my speed to work - some things are not meant to change.

Man Alive ! That Andy must have motivational skills that Tony Robbins would be envious of ! (If you dont know who Tony Robbins is, then watch the sky shopping channels a bit more, he's a highly irritating self improvement / life coach).
One phone call to Andy and you've changed from a "NO WAY, NOT ME, NOT RACING" Directly to "BRING IT ON, PASS ME MY AERO HELMET, AND MAKE SURE YOU'VE IRONED MY SKIN SUIT, LOVE" sort of bloke ! Sadly I am not trialling this evening, as my better half is out and I am babysitting.
Do you iron a skinsuit ??

That motivation extended to his time as well....pushing a 55 tooth chainring around that circuit was some achievement! a great evening was had by all hopefully a few more will make it next week.Thanks to Andy &Wendy( hope i remembered correctly?) see you all soon

ps ironing skinsuits is not recommended they are revealing enough already without added iron shaped holes...
I will add these shortly - could just stick 'em up - but I have plans for something slightly more "ooooo ahhhhhh wow". Will stick on front page maybe - what do we think - where should we stick it - forum or front page for results?
Nothing says style like creases down the fronts of your cycling shorts ;)
