broken some stuff - fixed some others, and lost the banner in the process so we are looking a little blue at the moment.

Issue with gallons of whitespace before you get to your fields to fill in is solved, however it fails to 'get' the fact the footer goes at the foot. It will do for now.

So - dont all rush at once, who wants an advert for the banners, I have a Syd - any other takers? Please send requests and content to me.
