Monday 9am-10pm
Tuesday 7am-10pm
Wednesday 7am-10pm
Thursday 7am-10pm
Friday 9am-10pm
Saturday 8am-8pm
Sunday 10am-8pm

Abs, Circuits, Pilates, Spinning, Squash, Yoga.

Membership Prices:

Gold:
Entitles you to all facilities in the health club during our open hours. £26 a month.

Couples (Joint):
Couples membership – the same as gold - £45 a month from the same standing order.

Gold (off peak):
Use of facilities from opening to 5pm. From 5pm there will be a day charge of £2.50. There is no time limit at weekends. £20 a month.

Silver:
The same entitlements as gold but with a day rate of £2.50. £10 a month.

Bronze:
Junior membership which entitles you to use of the club with a £2.50 day charge. £5 a month.

Country:
Gym and squash court use Friday from 5pm through the weekend. £15 a month.
