Hmmm - broken bars ... again.
And managing to miss Alan - while seeing Andy and Dan on the course - Dan describing him as a "seven foot nine, with a bright yellow head fairing - and you missed him?".
Yes I did - maybe it was because he was going to fast to register as I pootled along holding the remains of my tri bars and means to change gear, enjoying the scenery, at "not many o'clock" on a Sunday morning.
I know its wrong; but I really enjoyed that.
*and I know - the fact I enjoyed it means I was not trying hard enough Alan ;)
I am pretty sure I spotted Alan starting on the St Asaph business park, I was at Abergele roundabout at the time ! Did I mention he also rides a purple bike as well !! Maybe its time to visit specsavers
Easy now, I am taking part - and I am in the minority as a non vet*.
I think I can rule out me wanting to do more than a leisurely ride after an hour of being aware of EXACTLY how much longer than 25 miles 9 is.
* why so many animal doctors in the area I shall never know?
it's 16 in case you didn't know!!!!!
Animal Doctors Baaaahhhhhh, scared sheep :)
