Stats this week for your amusement!

figures based on todays weight versus the 27/9/06 weigh in as it was too complex plussing and minusing 100g here and there.

Alan (mr motivator in chief) was 88.8kg 18.4% lard now 88.9kg 19% excess balast hmmm! not trying too hard methinks! + 100g!

Dangerous Dave was 92.8kg with 23.5% fat..cue drum roll! now 91kg (was even less after spinning but i,m trying not to make Al look Too bad!) body fat down to 22% weightloss 1.8kg well done fella!

Justin was 88.9Kg 24.5% lard now ....86.8kg lard level unchanged
weight loss 2.1kg (happy days)

mystery men TBC..rumour has it they've joined weightwatchers as they are a bit more supportive and take the piss less!
