stats for him as of 27/9/06 89.4kg with 23% Brie.... weight now 88.4% body fat down to 21% (provisional result pending checks for liposuction scars and a stewards enquiry!)loss of 2% fat and 1kg cest magnifique!

Also on fine form this week Our esteemed leader

loss of 600g over a lb in old money body fat down 0.1% bugger all in old money! well done mate(ps Immodium will help with the problem but may cause you to revert back to normal weight next week!)well done anyway!

Dave who at 91kg and 22% last week was flying has crashed and burned this week with a massive gain of 100g body fat up 2%
Anthony missed Alan so no figs yet and I was getting a root canal so will post figures when I get down there! Steve G is missing at sea after a test drive in a new yacht, if any body sees him plug the coordinates for Saints into his GPS!
