It has come to my attention that it has been a rough couple of weeks in the life of the VC Melodians - and I would like to announce the presentation of the virtual Mr Bump award - and best wishes for recovery to the following members:
1. Andy - for best rapid desceleration;
2. Alan - for his recent off road close ups;
3. Dave - for being our all purpose fall guy.

Just because it's coming up to the Vc Awards /Festive bash, you don't have to clamber for the Bump Award!!!
I'm glad wheely dis mounts with kids doesn't count :)

Only the 2nd time this year
This is only the 2nd time this year that I have beaten Alan. This 1st time was on the 1st of April, when I had the timekeepers in my pay.
I'm feeling more cheerful tonight, and have started to look for a new helmet.

Trade secret : By the way its easy to beat Alan in a race. just sit on his wheel for 40 miles and sprint past him on the run in, he usually laughs so hard when he sees you go past like an absurd hamster on a bike that his legs stop working ;) SO there you go. Do something that makes him wet himself laughing and he goes to pieces
