Thursdays in the deep freeze

Another Thursday evening outing. I am beginning to think that its ONLY cold these days on Thursday evenings. Heading down to the Mold road it was announced three times "blimey its cold now" or words to that effect.

Managed to find a place called Sodom (something for google maps when I have less time) - and up through some particularly Blair Witch woodlands with stark trees, and the somewhat abstract cows looming silently out of the darkness between the trees. For some reasons cows in the trees really doesnt work for me as a "here are the cows".

I digress.

Anyway - down a monster hill into Tremerchion coming out by the Church and Bench, before heading on. Really should get out that way and try and get up that some time.

Ride continued just fine through Denbigh and where it always seems to get colder.

Ahhh yes, the point - last week I took some pics while we were out - mainly through not believing that it was freezing (previous days having been 10-17C). Find below, Dan fixing a flat, pump action, and curious winners podium next to the horde bridge.
