Hmmm Syd on ski's theres a prospect to fill any self respecting boarder with dread!
you can just hear the conversation in the ski hire shop!
Are those high or low cadence skis?
do you stock those telescopic carbon ski poles?
Apart from my GPS,Walkie Talkies, moby,MP3, avalanche transponders and heated glove and boot warmers are there any other gadgets I need?
funny thing is he will get kitted up with all this and then decide to stay in cos it looks cold outside!
anyway Syd if you do venture out on the slopes:-
take it steady 40 miles max skiing per day!
wrap up warm..don,t want you going down with any illnesses real or imaginary!
if you ski with as much panache as you ride then good holiday insurance may be an idea!
finally if you want to impress the snow bunnies get on a snowboard man skiing is just so eighties!

just a tame few days to Leysin Switzerland
Having spent quite of bit of time on me ass learning to ski back in the 80's I can't be A**ed learning from square one again, so it's skiing all the way for me, mind you they say Leyisn has a v good board area?!?!?
I really don't think I deserve this rep' as a weedy, lack of ability, poorly reputation!!!
