Seems like Deeside Cycles has gone bankrupt today. Does anybody know more?

not been to the store, have heard it was top shop. It's a shame to see Independents (of any kind) go bust.

It's all about Cadence :)

Shame if it is so, as it looks more and more likely. Whilst deeside cycles had its critics, I bought my Kuota bike from Keith and found all the help etc very good.
I hope it doesnt have an impact on the Deeside olympic club.

A shame to see a small local business go under. Especially when I just bought my winter bike! Spokes loose, brakes not right. But then looked at the youtube videos and found a great video of how to adjust my brakes - I may get it right soon!

Don't laugh, I'm a beginner!

Just spoke to them on the phone about gears and stuff, they still seem to be there. Mike. Rhyl.

They have gone alright. The shop that has replaced it, sells bikes, but not so good.

Deeside Cycles 2008 ltd (or similar) will probably be re-opening soon!

Got deja vu looking at this post!

Syd suprised you've never been there...especially as it now caters for both your hobbies...they have all the cycling gear you need plus a wide range of trusses, disability products and incontinence pads to help your various ailments!

Moral of the story is don't leave an expensive bike there for servicing!
