After moments of general minging-ness Monday - was good to see a healthy possy of four for an evening spin. Very nice too - thanks chaps - and well organised Syd.

I was certainly pleased to burn off some Easter over eating/drinking!!!

And a cracking evening, after a dreary early afternoon!!!
A few scary crunches from my chain, must get that sorted, anyone got a large hammer?!?!?

Ant' was testing out his handle bar cam' (what's the verdict?)

(35.10 miles 3,052feet 4.05 pace. For Dave, you can post a comment you know Dave!!)
