Thank you to the soon-to-be-Mrs-Paul for stopping to see if I was okay this evening while waiting for Alan for a lift to the TT.

Congratulations to Alan on his PB - 12 seconds is quite a margin, while I doubt you will take that much out again... it wasn't exactly a perfect night for it was it?

ARSE to the rock that ended my ride this evening with two flat tyres at around 60 seconds into my ride. What are the chances of flattening two tyres with one rock : / Alas Andy threw said rock over shoulder into the field, so I cannot be sure where it is... it is still at large so keep 'em peeled.
