Hi folks I've got a mate (honest!) who's moithering me to death to take him MTBing but I could do with borrowing some pedals with toe clips & straps...can anybody please lend me a set...if he enjoys it I will get him to buy some SPD shoes!

In the absense of SPD's arent flatties a considerably safer bet for the trail ?
Re : syds bizarre, incomprehensible ramblings. I think its most likely the spray glue that they use for certain type of flooring, I guess syd has left some by in direct sunlight where it has leaked into his tea !

Am selling Multi Gym got a shiny new one, the old one is 3 years old has had repair but really in ship shape condition

its a Marcey Vertex V £400 smackers new only want £130 nah what the hell £100
Proper Baragin, didn't flog @ boot sale as was a bit on the heavy side, and I reall do think it's worth more than 50p!!!
