Provided there is no clashes with any races. which I dont think there is at the moment, I am in. You all know my feelings on Time Trials (i.e not warm and cuddly feelings :) however I fancy the hilly ones. However I dont hold any hope of taking Pauls money on the Prime, as there will be some seriously fast hill climbers entered no doubt

Similar cold weather did not deter the hardened members of VC Melyd "Road" Club from winning the 3rd Placed Team award!

Speaking for myself, it was the hardest 1hr 27mins of my short sareer on a bike, my legs are still hurting! Andy did a similar time to me wheras the power finished in 1'14". The winner did 1'04"

A great morning was had by all, especially on learning of or team success.

Another medal for the mantlepiece... well she let it stay there for the afternoon :) Basking in Glory!

Well done boys, good result for the Time trialling (AKA weirdo's) fraternity of our club.
Seriously though a great effort on a hard course in conditions that would have had me hiding under my duvet for another forty winks ;)

PS, yes I said "winks" its not a spelling mistake

Which two clubs have more timetrialling Deviants/weirdos than us?

Seriously though well done lads we were thinking of you....mainly wondering how you can keep your heart rate that high with hypothermia kicking in!

Out on the MTB again last night lot more pleasant in the sunshine!
