On BBC 2 7pm - 8pm or complete coverage on Eurosport 7pm - 10pm. Look out for a VC Melyd shirt being waved in the crowd I intend to take one :)

Before he asks....

Alan got a silver in the Pursuit, a great effort by the Power.

Dan came 10th in the Womens 500 metre time trial, just pipped by a Mongolian Shot Putter.

I am still in Manchester... by the time I'd finished the 60 laps of the scratch race some b*****d had turned off the lights and locked me in!
