So I thought I'd make an appearance,as it's almost spring...... not a dicky bird VC rider did I see, I know a few were doing the C'Cat and maybe the odd one would get the clock screwed but I thought I'd have some company on such a nice morning, hey ho.
At least I had Kylie, Girls Aloud and Maddonna for company.
So I did 40 on me ownsome;)

Too cold 1st thing for the softies

It was pretty cold first thing, Paul, Wendy & I rode the Cheshire Cat and the first 2 hours were quite chilly until the sun got going.

Paul completed the long ride, while Wendy & I rode the 60 miler. I had planned to do the long ride but my tummy was still playing up from a bug I caught last week. Wendy had to wait for me on some of the hills around Delamere.

It was an excellent ride with good organisation. On the long route some rider's did have a problem when some cretin stole the route signs in the Congleton area, but no amount of organisation can cope with idiots like that.
