I can't give you any advice either way fella as have not seen you on a bike for ages....my fault not yours! Will be at the party though so will keep your glass topped up for you....tour guys used to drink cognac I think!....though vodka redbulls may be better race fuel!

One idea would be to elbow Dan off Alans wheel and sit there!

Thanks for the advice Justin, I especially like to idea of nudging Dan off Alan's wheel!

However, I have taken the view that with you topping up my glass it would not be best preparation for losing my virginity to the TLI, so have decided to postpone the launch of my road racing career for a month or so.

As for going well at the moment? I suffered last night until I took a gel - what a fabulous invention!

A wheels a wheel It doesnt have to be Al's. Although he does have the right stature to keep the elements off my white shoes ;)

how's about rhys y cae over l bridge down to race.
would that be about right time wise??

Look at me back in the saddle for 1 week only and I'm sorting routes out, just tell me to pack it in, but not all at once:)
