I was nattering (my specialist subject)
to the Appeals manager at St Kentigern, she asked me if I knew anyone who maybe interested in doing the Asics 10K Lonodon run July 6th, she has limited spaces, you need just £100 sponsorship, if anyone interested reply and I can e mail you more info.

Sorry mate, but I think some of us will be doing La Marmotte that day and hopefully not considering walking!

As for your kind offer Syd, a 4 hour drive into central London in peak tourist season complete with a hotel bill etc etc, for a 40 minute run, hmmmmmm sounds tempting, NOT !
