It's ok for the one's sciving on their work jollys. but for the rest what's the reasons for keeping under the duvets?
Chris L shared the ride to Rhos then headed off for Bangor, so that left just Me and Phil L to sample the cake on the Orme, mmmm
then to work it off I suggested the Black Cat.
Phil was looking for the cat to run over I think (sorry Phil, you were strong @ the end!!. It's never an easy climb that one, cruised over to Betws y Rhos, St Asaph then home James!

I need to be back for 12.30-1.00 sharp
which by yesterdays ride would mean a 60 miler, so if longer than that, I'll go for the early doors option and bale out somewhere.

Did 2.5 hrs locally on MTB as needed a late start and early return...another fine spring morning NOT!

I have a feeling that no-one on this website has any particular fetishes or wishes to see my hairy backside, even my Mrs chooses not to look at it :) But one day when I am famous it may be worth a few quid on Ebay, so I suggest keeping it safe. Need to get some miles in to prepare for the I-team GFC at the end of May. So I'm assuming its 2.00 on Friday and 8.30 on Sunday - please let me know if its any different...

Friday should be as normal, however on Sunday some of the lads are doing a road race in Denbigh and a few of us are off to do the Dyfi Enduro so not sure who will be out for the "normal" ride Syd usually tries to get a quick one in before getting back for the free swimming session!
Is that the Rhyl CC road race? I could be tempted - how far is the cat 4?
6 laps. 54 miles. I think entries may have closed but it might be Enter on line. Its a BCF race so if you'll need a BC Racing licence.
Think I'm up for that then.
