to head off into the mist, we should be congratulated on riding a 40+ mile general training ride in the mist and rain!

It was almost I Team like :(

Clwyd gate onwards and upwards!!
Nearly took a dive on a slippery (Road Furniture) man hole, ouch:( just at the start of the gate!

Syd you really should think about what you are typing!

Last week you said you kept naked pictures of Dan, this week you are bragging about your seedy riding activities!

Bet Pauls glad you resisted the urge to "dive on a (his?) slippery man-hole"

Yuk! I thought it was just me,Jase,Jan and Dave who got filthy round the marin trail on Sunday (seperately of course!)

There is definitely something dodgy about him!

How did I not spot the "slippery Man-hole" innuendo. I must be losing my touch ! Next thing I will be thinking Molly Sugden did actually have a cat that been out in the rain.
The shame of it.
