I was at the Rhyl club TT tonight and a request for marshals to help out at this weekend's road race was made. If you can help out contact

MTB contingent off to the Dyfi Enduro that day so playing in't muck sorry!
I'm cycling to Alton Towers tomorrow for the weekend so will miss the race and Justin's mucky playing - what a shame.

Paul, I believe they have built a road system connecting up with Staffordshire, its apparently called the M6 and I hear on the grapevine that they allow combustion engined automobile contraptions on there as well, just a thought !
Actually Dan my dear family, in support of their male member, have decided that a Bank holiday tour of Britain would be good training for La Marmotte.
They have booked into various hotels around the land ensuring that I complete c.100 miles each day. Mostly hilly too.
They DO love me!
Off to Blackpool with the girls this weekend!
I am assumed they have your life insured for a princely sum :)
Actually knowing bank holiday traffic, you are very likely to get to Alton Towers before they do.
