For those who missed it, (I doubt not many did) here is the link to David Millars now infamous exit after breaking his chain whilst part of a race winning break in the last 2km of stage 5 of this years Giro a couple of days back.
How Cool is that guy ! Just watch him swagger off after depositing his 8 Grand bike with gay abandon.
There isn't many ways to look cool when having a tantrum, but you have to say DM gets the "looking cool whilst dummys is being spat" nailed perfectly :)

If you watch closely at the slo mo at the end of the video he is clearly looking for something else not nailed down to lob.

Someone phoned or Emailed the studio during yesterdays coverage with the same question. And apparently yes some Slipstream mechanic (no doubt the one who fitted the chains) had to go fetch it. Bet he had to be quick before some Italian youth had away with it though :)
Lets make a deal that the next person who flats on a club ride has to do the same thing. Even if its Paul and his Pinarello :) I bet it'll be me now :(
