Dan obviously had prior warning of the conditions this year because he didn’t just hide under the bed sheets, he flew a thousand miles south.
So as you can imagine it was both wetter and winder than last year if a little warmer.
But still good fun and character building link to results below

Baled out!
Me, Russ and Phil baled out and came back on the main road to Bala. After Gellilydan the wind suddenly increased to at least hurricane force and the monsoon started. The choice to take the most direct route back was a no brainer really. Bet it was fun on the the top road.We still did just about 100 miles though.
