During / after the descent down the Nant y Garth, and my rush of blood to cacth the lead 3 I got a right old muscle spasm on my right leg, I managed to catch them and hold on until the Cafe stop.
After that and the idea of meeting the TLI race, my leg had other ideas, I was just dropping back. So thought better of another climb and then the wait, so I turned back, bloody good job too was back to dordling speeds from Llandyrnog - Home. Feel fine now tho', well as fine as I ever do :)

As much as it would give me great pleasure in finding humour in Syds new "Shakey leg syndrome" as we all called it on Sunday, but as he paid for my flapjack and tea on Sunday, having forgotten to bring my money with me, I will not even give it a mention :)
However, I only think its fair to ask whether you have you thought of a new career as an Elvis impersonator ?

It was before ! Syd told us about it when we hit Ruthin, I believe he got Shakey leg syndrome after the Nant Y Garth descent.
I wonder if its the similar phemonenon that dogs get when their tummys get tickled ;)
Hmmm, muscle spasms in your legs when pushing really hard after a long ride. I am sure theres a name for that....let me think.......CRAMP thats it !..... But hey, I am no doctor lets assume its a rare case of acute "Shaky leg syndrome"
