My timekeeping is getting better and I have done more miles this week too but never enough to come close to the true cyclists among us.

We can all take comfort in the fact that the likes of Dan, Alan and Andy are not better than us mortals, they just do more miles - it's a simple equation:

More Miles = Better Performance

Except for Pete, he seems to on something at the moment - DOPE!
