Glad to hear you mucky pups had fun ! Track was great, forgotten how much I enjoyed it. The cronky old bikes have been updated with nice new Dolan track bikes with decent wheels and no insulation tape holding them together ! Probably didnt make us ride any more like Bradley Wiggins but certainly made you feel a bit more like a track god :)A good sesh, plenty of track time, Coach let us pretty much dictate the session ourselves, and also let the velo virgins join into the main group within no time at all, so all in all a winner.

A very enjoyable session. I was impressed by Dave Watts' turn of speed when following through, left me gasping to hang on to the back of the line several times.

Dave speed was impressive "when following through" paled into insignificance when compared with others dramatic accelerations whilst "pulling off"

Sniggery schoolboy humour....bane of this site!Wait until you see the pics of Chris Lord when he fell asleep in a pub....pure genetic engineering!Come on Pete get em down/up loaded whatever!Gutted I missed the Track....poor timing on my mates part organising A clashing MTB event, but then again the weather was amazing!New sections built at Coed Y Brenin are awesome, got to be a planned trip down there again soonIt was great to catch up with the lads I've not seen for years too!
