Whos going?

Sam Evans's picture

Just wondered who is going on this one? We were going to enter flat out in the Fens in late June but think we would be going on our jack Jones. If a few people are heading to this count us in but please ensure I crawl to bed before 1:30...I blame Amy!

I am

Just entered.  Who's going down on the morning and who is camping / staying down there ?

Me too...

Not sure of logistics yet Dan...camping appeals...though on the other side of the field to Chris and his endless beer supply....I deliberately only took 3 bottles to the Dyfi....(3 more than Russ mind!) I'm ashamed peer pressure made me go to the Spar for more!...any way if I camp you're welcome to the servants quarters again Dan......

Sounds good to me

If thats not a problem, I am up for some shared tentage.  Not a problem for me being in the economy class west wing :)  Yes maybe a little bit steadier on the beer intake may just help things along the following day !

Its a long way away

Just looked where it actually is, 149 miles away so definitely camping the night before. Can take some stuff down but can anyone please take one of our bikes? Also dont mind cooking something again to take down it anyone wants. Thanks Sam

Sam...its 110 miles to...

The correct village, you looked up the one south of Brum!

Sam Ramsays on the ball !!

I'll have a nice beef wellington please Sam, medium rare with some dauphinoise potatoes, and an assortment of seasonal vegetables in a yak and elderflower jus. For Dessert maybe a mini baked alaska with a rich redcurrant and raspberry coulis. A medley of quality continental cheeses should follow, with a selection of vintage ports.  That should hit the spot.  Oh and some of that free beer that Chris brings too :)

I'm in.........

Ok I'm in. If we are camping is it with or without family and dog? I've only signed up because I've seen the menu! No presure Sam :-)

I'll do a nice Thai green curry....

With rice, naan and puppodoms! up for camping not asked Mrs will prob depend on work and weather

All depends

To be honest Pete, the dogs only welcome if he promises not to try and shag everything again.  He really did let the Lessiter name down a little with his  cavalier and selfish shenanigans, I think we all felt a little distressed at some point as he nailed his way round the camp :) Or was it Jack ??

It's a dogs life

Peter's picture

My little Tich was a good doggy, it must have been Jack from the Evan's family that your referring to Dan. :-) So any one taking the wife and kids, I am.......

Sincere Apologies

Dan's picture

Apologies to titch, you are right I do remember now that it wasnt him that was trying to play hide the lipstick with all and sundry.  It was that mucky little Evans dog, objectifying titch as his own sexual plaything for his own self gratification .  I blame the parents/owners I really do :)    I'd bring my wife and kids but I doubt they'd be ready for such a scene of shameless canine hedonism.
