Its about j e james cycles in rotherham, really crap service, been waiting 2 weeks for my order,2 phone calls later to the retards and still no joy! Its in the warehouse and oh it should of been sent! Dont ever use them-yes they are cheap. In the interests of editorial balance...... I recently ordered some Fox kit, shorts and Jersey as it was really cheap.....arrived the next morning!... must admit I was suprised though as expected it to take longer!...nobody beats chainreaction for service I reckon!

Service varies
Service varies from place to place. I have also heard bad things about JE James or Dave Hinde and for that matter never ordered from either. Good stuff for chasing their useless arses. It suggests to me that its not in stock even though they are saying it is. Check they havent taken your money yet, they shouldnt do that until the goods are ready to dispatch, if they have I believe its illegal. Most retailers repsond in some way if you mention small claims court, if you really feel that you have been mislead. It only costs a few quid to start a proceeding and most suppliers will try and avoid it by sorting it for you.
