This amused me no end; found it after linking away from BBC news site to the delightful site run by the Warrington Cycle Campaign, featuring in this case - Cycle Facility of the Month. Some things are just too good not to share.
If there are any town planners amongst our number, maybe they could explain how these gems come to be in existance?
