Please let me know by telephone, email or via the web if you can push off, marshal or help at the HQ. Ideally we need to have 10 Marshals, two pusher offs, and 4 folk at the HQ.

Andy, as you know the Wild Wales is on the same day. I am hopeless at morning time trials and before anyone chortles up I am not much better in the evenings... So I will volunteer as a marshall and do a shortened Sunday ride afterwards. What time do you require us at HQ?
