Congratulations to Mike on setting a new club 10 mile timetrial record, On the A55 last night with a time of 21.02. Over to you Alan..:)

He's given up the vin rouge already!....well done Mike I reckon it's this MTBing thats given you the edge!...once you've conquered the Beast time trialling must be a doddle...still reckon the hardest part is staying awake!

I was only 1 min 35 seconds behind mike! Whats 95 seconds in a tt anyway? 6 places actually! I would of won but i had 4 cans of guinness on sunday and a piece of strawberry pavlova..mmmm pavlova, im off to the fridge now to put some weight on because being described as "lightweight" in the journal last week really hurt or were they talking about my abililty to slur after 1 beer??
