For those that follow such sports it was not a good weather day but still a typical Wild Wales route, but I don't think you've got a Wild Wales in you Syd so you wouldn't know. To have the Bwlch y Groes, Chuch Hill and the Old Horsehoe Pass in the same 90 miles was hard. But as I say Syd, I bet you've never done those climbs either! Only joking mate, but it about time you got out for a nice Sunday 9am start. The weather looks good and we would all Luurrvve to see you again, a long lost friend, a prodigal brother!

sounds like your trying to get me to rise to 3 HC climbs good try but Im sure I can think of plenty of excuses to give that a miss!!!nice to know Im missed, if only to be the object of plenty of verbal abuse from the front and back of the pack :)my ickle Cannon' is kind of wondering what its doing amongst rolls of carpets all season so you never know.....Im sure my bar is quite a bit lower but hey ho my happy meter is thru the roof :):)
