Races this week

British Cycling have cancekked their race at Ynys Mon this week. However there is a TLI event on Wednesday. According to thrit site it is at the race track in Anglesey but Al "The Power" can tell me it is actually 3 laps of the Llandyrnog "9". Anyone up for it? Me and Emyr are fancying it but don't know where we are going just yet? Does anyone know what is going on?

Where is this race? a friend of mine seems certain it is on at Ty Croes race track and the Power says Llandurnog, confused. if its llandurnog I might be there. Just waiting for clarification chairman..

Rhos have a 10 mile tt on thursday, 6.30 at tal y cafn, straight down towards llanrwst then turn around and head back seemples, smooth quiet roads, preetty flat too! rear lights needed-not small emergency lights, also sunday they have the llanrwst hillclimb followed soon after by a 1 mile dash on a flat stretch of road-10am Llanrwst

I remember this bloke turning up in the summer to do time trials, had a really smart cervelo with zipp wheels - the beard reminded me of the James Bond villain "Drax" from the film Moonraker- it was his speed on a proper tt bike that showed me the way to go

I think he has well and truly put that away for the winter, what a waste :) I think used thrice,I`m sure he will be back next year to go under! the hour, like he would of this year if he hadn`t taken the wrong turn :( Nice bike though Paul.

I did 3 25 milers, 2 10milers and 1 9miler. All major improvements. My winter training regime is now in full swing and I will be back next year lighter and more powerful... honest. In the meantime Emyr went to Ty Croes last night and had a ball! I will leave it to him to upload his more than comprehensive race report. Well done Emyr and apologies again for not making it. Sounds like a missed a great night.
