did this last year first cycle event i ever did when i took up cyclingits on sunday 4th october, £15 to enter and good refreshments afterwards tooits a 55mile route taking in the 7 mile long cat and fiddle climb but dont let that put you off just got to remember you have to come back down eventuallynice route actually only really the one big climb but not even that steep bearing in mind i had only been cycling 2 months so was still quite heavy and i did it in 2hours 20 minsif anyones interested go to cystic fibrosis trust website ill be doing it just to beat last years time hopefully!!!!!!!!!

I reckon aload of us go as a big team, surely we can blitz 55miles quickly, last hurrah of the season?? although the hoeseshoe pass HC is a week later
