Mark McPhillips Thursday 10th December (Ovenight temp -5)Left Stockport at 7.30pm set up camp at 10.30pm spent the rest of the night wondering if I was going to die of hyperthermia. At 3am I was so cold I got out of the bivvy with the plan of biking back home as fast as I could. Soon realised that in comparison inside the bivvy it felt almost tropical. Climbed ... back in and revelled in the fact that it felt much warmer than 'outside'. Unfortunately the feeling didn't last. Survived the night got up took this photo then raced down the Pennine Bridleway to Hayfield for a 'Mega Breakfast'. Great fun and planning on doing a few more to tweak my kit for my Morocco and Continental Divide trips next year.Yesterday at 20:52.....its from Facebook....Nutter!
