Lets start on Thursday 18th Feb. Leaving at 7pm prompt at the Saints. Usual route - Prestatyn, Boot End, Holywell, Lloc, Dyserth. We should try and keep the pace moderatly fast and steady and re-group after the climb at at the bus station in Holywell. At this time of year there will be a wide range of fitness levels. There is no point in organising a group training ride if somebody comes along and makes it so hard that the slower riders immediately get dropped and never come out again.

Although there is always the "get out of jail free" of the Well Hill. The trouble with this is that there is the inevitable reluctance to wait at the top of the Boot Hill for fear of not catching the slower riders. Anyway, I'll be there at the start and try my best, as usual, to keep up for as long as I can. Actually, hang on, I've just checked the date above - That's next Thursday! Oh Shit...

Well, that wasn't so bad... Alan Power, Mike Ankle, Andy Muncher, Emyr HAF, Simon The Fruit, Steve Ablett and me. I have to admit, I did cheat and take the Well Hill route. But stayed with the group till then and shouldn't have bottled it. I will go all the way next week. Cue Dan...
I'll be there next week, couldnt make this weeks due to spending 2 hours staring at Linda Lusardi's 50 year old, yet still magnificent knockers ! Dont ask !......Oh go on then please ask :)
"Alan Power, Mike Ankle, Andy Muncher, Emyr HAF, Simon The Fruit, Steve Ablett"..............Good job "Syd the rug" didnt ride then we'd have a "RUG and a MUNCHER" !!!!!!
