To start....

Homemade Thai Style fishcakes served with crisp leaves and a chilli sauce

Main....

Welsh Beef Medallions served on mash with a black pepper sauce
Mushroom Stroganoff served with saffron Rice

...to finish

Homemade Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and ice cream.

Hi All

As promised details of the V.C.Melyd end of season dinner.

To be held at the Faenol Fawr hotel on Friday 26th November in the dining room
7pm presentation of awards

8:30 Dinner followed by a review of the season and a few more awards.

Menu
Starter Tomato and basil soup
Main Chicken wrapped in pancetta
served in a Mediterranean tomato sauce

Polite reminder, about 2010 subs

Just a polite reminder for those who havent re-joined this year already, that the subs are due, so if everyone could please get them sent as soon as possible then that would be good. We must have one of the best supported clubs in North Wales in terms of numbers of regular club riders and competetors riding for the club, yet only have a current "paid up" membership of less than 17 people !

Its that subs time of year again

Just to let everyone know, the 2010 subs will be coming due soon. Our membership runs from 1st May 2010 - 30th April 2011. So if you could get your subs and membership form to me as soon as possible then that would be great (less trips to the bank :)

Paid up memebership was slightly down last year than in previous years, but with all the new faces and increasing high profile of the club, we are hoping for a really good years for active Melodians.
