3k Run on outside of track followed by 15 1.2k Laps of bike track then a 2k run

The Hard-rider is An inter-club time trial series based on existing events in the time trial calendar held on sporting, hilly or 'mountainous(!)' courses in and around the North Wales borders far away from the dual carriageway drag strips.

As of this Thursday I am starting a race training session at the track.
7:15 warm up 7:30 training .1hour session ,you will need good lights as the track lighting isn't switched on yet winter bikes might be best as the track isn't totally clean yet .
Cost £3 all goes to marsh tracks.
